Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days)

Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.
International Shipping
- At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier.
- If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please first check with the carrier first.
