Prep & Select
Wash hands with soap and water, then dry with a lint free towel.
Push back cuticles with the cuticle stick and gently buff each nail to remove shine.
Choose the gel strip that best fits each nail.
Remove the plastic protection and gently remove the gel strip from the backing.
- TIPs -
- We recommend sizing down and stretch to size for a custom fit.
- To prevent the gel strips from curing and hardening before use, keep unused nails away from sunlight or UV light when applying and when finished.

Apply and Trim
Place strip slightly above cuticle line and firmly smooth the strip on the nail. Use the wooden cuticle stick to roll down the edges of the strip and flatten against your nail.
Trim the excess nail strip just above your natural nail with scissors or clippers.
- TIPS -
- Make sure the gel strip is not touching your skin, but only adhering to your nail.
- When shaping with the scissors, cut the gel a little longer before curing. You can always file down to your desired length.

Cure & File
Place under the UV Lamp for 60-120 seconds.
File off excess and smooth the tips of your new mani.
- TIPS -
- Everyone's nail chemistry is a little different. Some nails may need longer or shorter cure times.
- For extra durability and shine, apply Ami Amour Top Gel and cure another 60-120 seconds. Always clean nails with prep pad and let dry before applying.
- Keep unused strips in the foil bag away from light before curing.

- Always clean nails with prep pad before application.
- Apply indoors away from windows, UV light can start curing strips early.
- When in doubt, go smaller! Strips stretch for a custom fit.
- Slightly warmed gel strips can help them become more pliable for a custom fit for your nail. Placing them under your leg for a minute or so can help them warm up just a touch for easier application.
- Avoid touching the sticky adhesive with fingers for a stronger hold.
- Don't apply over skin or cuticles.
-Store unused gel strips in original foil sleeve for protection.
