Here’s how returns and exchanges work:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition when we receive them.

• Try one nail set. If you don’t love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund or replace that one opened set.
• No need to mail back used strips. A quick photo helps us improve.
• Limit one opened set per order under this guarantee. Shipping fees are not refunded.
  

• Unopened and unused nail sets: return within 30 days for a refund.
• Accessories and tools: unused, in original packaging within 30 days.
• Final sale items and gift cards: not returnable.
  

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at support@amiamourco.com with photos so we can make it right.

• Option 1: Log into your Ami Amour account to request a return or exchange.
  
• Option 2: Email us at support@amiamourco.com with your order number.
  

• If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  
• Return shipping is free if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  
• We’ll email you a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
  

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  
• Store credit will be issued for opened nail sets that cannot be refunded.
  
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return is received.
