To Hydrate: Apply a small drop of oil to each cuticle and gently massage it in using a circular motion until fully absorbed.
To Remove Nails: Apply a small drop of oil to each nail around the edge of the strip. Using the wooden cuticle stick, slowly wedge the stick between the gel strip and your nail. Work slowly, adding more Cuticle Oil as needed.
